- Timeline: We deliver stock insulation orders within 3-5 business days from the time payment is confirmed, helping you stay on track with your project deadlines.
- Minimum Order: A minimum of 5 rolls is required to qualify for delivery. Please ensure your order meets this threshold to proceed with shipping arrangements.
- Cost: Delivery fees are calculated separately and based on your distance (in kilometers) from our warehouse.
2. Delivery Process for XPS Boards
- Transport: XPS ceiling boards are shipped via large truck to guarantee safe and secure delivery. Our team is equipped to serve locations including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion.
- Custom Orders: We do not stock pre-cut XPS boards. Each order is custom-cut to your specifications, ensuring the exact size and thickness you need for your project.
- Payment Deadline: To secure delivery for the following week, payments must be received by Thursday of the current week. This gives us time to process and schedule your order.
- Cost: Delivery charges are separate and determined by your distance (in kilometers).
Important Note: All XPS ceiling boards are cut to order based on your specific requirements. Once cut, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We strongly recommend verifying your measurements and specifications before ordering. If you’re unsure or need guidance, contact us before we process your order—we’re happy to help!
